Yummy Food (#11)

Last Friday, along with our Olympic watching I made us some yummy food. It was new meal #11.

Southwest Chicken Wraps

1/2 a package (approx 28 oz package) of frozen breaded chicken strips
1/2 a package (approz 8 oz package) of cream cheese (soften just a bit)
1 Green onion thinnly sliced
1 TABLESPOON of snipped fresh cilantro
6 'small' (approx 7 to 8 inches) tortilla wraps
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into bite-sized peices
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Bottled Salsa (optional)

1 - cook chicken strips according to package
2 - Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together cream cheese, green onion, and cilantro. Spread over tortillas. Top with pepper and cheese. Cut chicken strips in half and place on tortillas. Wrap up and secure with toothpicks. Cut in half and serve with salsa.

We really enjoyed this. The kids maybe not so much (but they ate everything apart from eachother). Arnold and I really liked it and it's nice and 'easy' to make. You have to eat a few (like 2 or 3) to make yourself full but it was really really good.

Enjoy the photos:
