Pizza Pasta Casserole

2 pounds of ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 jars (28oz each) spaghetti sauce
1 package (16oz) spiral pasta, cooked and drained
4 cups (16oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 ounces of sliced pepperoni.

(BTW this is GREAT for leftovers of the pepperoni you bought for your 'make at home pizza's ')

1 - In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta

2 - Transfer to 2 greased 13inch by 9 inch baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months.

3 - Bake the second casserole, uncovered, at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

TO USE FROZEN CASSEROLE: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.

It's so yummy! Seriously and SOOO easy!
